Handcrafted Nature of Our Products
Please note that all Jewels for Lilies pieces are lovingly handcrafted. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, small imperfections and slight color differences may occur and are a completely normal and expected characteristic of handmade jewelry. These unique variations are what make each piece one-of-a-kind and are not considered defects.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- Free from damage, scent, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
